Keitai Sousakan 7 will be dubbed in America... I'm never going to forgive them if they license it.

Yep let's do. Let's hope Keita's voice won't be replaced with Bush's voice.

you know, if i was dubing it, I would use american actors insted of dubing, that way preserving the CGI used & get kicked off the air after one episode (Scratch that last part out)

well theres is a possible upside to them dubbing it as apposed to doing an american adaption. That being. If theirs a dvd release they'll (hopefully) leave the japanese audio track in there with the option for subtitles.

Do you mean they're just going over it in English or are they doing an american adaptation? Either way, I don't blame them, since that sort of thing is in right now. And well, just because it's being put in English, it doesn't mean that it's doomed... it just needs to be done right, and it has plenty of potential. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing an adaptation (altough I don't see why anyone would bother) as long as it were done well. These kind of serieses need the people behind them to be more concerned about the story and show than the money coming off of it.

I heard it on HJU. It might possibly only be a rumor but who knows? Maybe it's really going to happen unexpectedly.

I wouldn't believe it if it came out of HJU. The place is a known unruly anti-intelligent cesspool of stupidity. Besides, the series is only 13 out of 50 episodes in. I seriously doubt western entertainment production companies are interested in something that's still so early in production.

I mean... you know, no offense but the Americans use strange kinds of voices when they dub. So let's just hope that IF it is to be dubbed, it won't sound stupid.

Oh, okay, I agree with you there. I didn't want to get into any political arguments with the head of one of the coolest sites I've seen in a while. But yeah, if they could actually get some good to do the voice, it could work. But usually when someone is dubbed, it usually is done by a pretty bad actor.

If the movie versus is any indication of who they pick for dubs of japanese movies. Then It'll prolly be voice actors you hear in animes nowadays. (10 says steve blum's in it. that guys in everything :P)
