why'd the avatars' file size is restricted to 20kb?
I cant put most animated gif into my avatar this way T_T

Sorry , that is the fixed size , no one can change it . The only way you can do is to upload it to Imageshack (Imageshack.us) or Photobucet (Photobucket.com) , get the link and paste on the Link-Off bar in your Avatar option .
