Kristen Britain's Green Riders Series is currently on my must-haves this month. It currently has 3 books and I think a 4th is in the works. I've already finished the first two novels and it's wow! It has been a thrill ride for me following Karigan in her adventures.

Karigan is our very reluctant heroine. All she wanted is to go home after being kicked out of school for fighting a bully. But, she got mixed up with the Green Riders. Green Riders are the King's messengers. They also act as spies for the King. Each Riders gifts are different from another like, invisibility, foretelling the weather, talking to animals and telekinesis.The premise of the books is for Karigan and the Green Riders to prevent an old evil power from destroying their kingdom. This proves to be difficult because magic is almost non-existent and often feared in their kingdom.

I found it very funny how Karigan fights the " Rider's call". She doesn't want to be a Rider but it seems that all forces seen or unseen are bent on her becoming one.
