It's a seven-book series written by Australian Garth Nix. Each book gets its title from a day of the week, the first being Mister Monday, and ending on Lord Sunday (summer of 2009). Each trustee has a part of the Will, which calls itself Dame Primus, that the Old One and The Architect made when time began. They both built the House. This is where it gets hard to explain. The House is made up of various different parts that each Trustee.

Anyway, there is one normal human child, Arthur Penhaligon, chosen as the Rightful Heir to the Keys of the Kingdom, and he must pry the Trustees away from the Keys and their part of the Will in order to restore the House.

Also, interesting note, each Trustee is represented by a deadly sin.

Has anyone read it aside from me?

I've seen a guy have "Sir Thursday" but other than that, it's new to me. Interesting, shall search in a nearby bookshop.
