There is not Fake Tatsulot Fustle. IXA's equivalent to Tatsulot is the IXARiser. IXA wasn't built to accommodate Tatsulot.

There's no point in making a fuestle fake to accomadate Tatsulot... Tatsulot is a power that only Kiva has, cause it unlocked something that was hidden deep within. If IXA could actually had taken it utilizing a fake fuestle, why didn't the organization create fakes for Castle Doran, or the (thingy that modified Kiva's bike that looked like a tiki-tut, forgot its name, i think it started with a B). You can't fake those I guess

Heck if he could have he might as well take Kiva's Darkness Moon Break to strengthen his rider kick.

Anyways, this is just out of sync. Tatsulot is a independent being like KivatBat III, not tied to Doran by chains of the alleged Darkness Pledge contract.

Ixa was made at some point to counter Kiva in 1968

kiva didnt have Emperior form in 1968 (or not that I know of).

But apparently He had Garulu, Dogga, and Bashaa in 1968... I guess after the Darkness pact... so maybe.. Otoya is Kiva?????????????

Doubt so, Otoya is human. Kiva is part the manifestation of Wataru's Fangire side.

With the help of Kivat III's power though... Wataru can't go fangire so far, and he can't go Kiva without Kivat...

Yes, he needs Kivat to bring it forth, but Kivat's just half of what is needed. Wataru's Fangire side is the other half. If he didn't have that he wouldn't get anything. In 1980s, if there is a Kiva, then he'll likely be a Fangire or another Dhampir like Wataru. Humanity's equivalent to Kiva is the IXA System. Unless the new rider turns out to be entirely Human, IXA is all we got and ever will have.

How are you so sure that you really need to be fangire to have Kivat?
Then again, we haven't really seen proof that a human can change into Kiva, either...
I wanna see the Kiva from 1986, the one where Nago bases how it may be evil, or poses a threat to humanity...
