repair local connection won't close?

sirs why does sometimes this dialog box wont close?

when trying to repair the local connection

it doesnt close even how many time you press cancel...

it will only close if the clickable button is [close]

Sometimes it can happen. Try using task manager(ctrl+alt+delete).

it is not in task manager...as if it is just an desktop item

I think this stuff stay on your desktop because you are rushing your computer, a computer with bad RAMs will run slower and come out with this kind of problem. So try to be patient and don't open too many stuff at once, that's all I can tell.
